Skills
Fine tune the skills you learned in Family Dog 1. Major emphasis on the nuts and bolts of training, heel, stay, come, stay back. This class provides an introduction to skills necessary for the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test, Therapy Dog Training and Rally-O.

Family Dog 1 or other class work is strongly recommended as a pre-requisite.

Smelly Dog
Nose work is a treasure hunt for dogs. Teach your dog how to follow a scent trail to articles (personal items or “official” tracking items) and be rewarded for telling you “here it is!!”. This outdoor sport is a wonderful program for both dog and handler.
